Its worth a shot. Everything is negotiable.
I have been successful with the typical detail and full tank of fuel.

If it is a reporable dealership they should have done an inspection and changed the oil & detail it!!! my dealership i work at goes thru a whole safety inspection on each used car, & gets a ful inside & out detail on the tank of gas that would be pushin it, but an oil change would work better for ur next service!!!

As long as you're wheeling and dealing have them change out the gear cases, transfer and tranny too... better check the brakes while it's on the hoist and the rotors and use your imagination as long as they want to deal....
Good Luck!

Mechanical check, detail and full tank. I do my own maintenance and would "redo" anything they said they did anyway...

is $26,400 and good price for this truck? its a 2004 GMC 2500, crew cab 4x4, its loaded and has every option just about you can get. its black with black or dark grey leather, heated power seats on both sides, no dents or scratches or ne thing. bone stock, has 90,000 miles, brand new michelin tires on it. i was thinking abotu going back in there and telling them i would give them like $24 for it but i didnt know if they would laugh at me on that one. thanks, Greg

I just got my 2004 LLY CCSB LT 4x4 with 81,000 for 24500 so it is possible. Sounds like both trucks are set up the same, loaded. Anywhere around 24 is a great price, look at the book price that is low book. Also if they give you a tank and detail and all that stuff they just add it to the cost of the truck before they mark it up so your worse off if they do all that stuff before you pick it up.
Good Luck
