Hey guys,
I am finally getting stock wheels back. But, I still need lugnuts and centercaps. I found one auction on ebay that is $25.00 for brand new GMC centercaps. Will you guys look and see if they will work. My stcok wheels are the alloy's. Also, if anyone has any centercaps and lugs I can buy, I can paypal right now.

From what I see, I'm betting those will not work, they are round at the outer edge, they are for the steel wheels. The alloy covers are recessed between the lugs slightly, not perfectly round at the outer edge (where it meets the wheel). My best guess.

On edit, I see they came off the 3500, steel wheels for sure.Edited by: VFRRider

No, they are different, I've found out when some folks tried to put the steelwheel centercaps on H2 rims I sold em. You would think they would have spec'd the rims to accept similar centercaps, would have saved the General some dough you'd think.

I thought all the caps where the same http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Confused.gif.... That proves that you haven't tryed to bolt the center caps from a set of steel wheels onto the alloys . . . the threads for the little black lug nut covers won't reach.http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Thumbs Down.gif

dbfreak, I don't think I have the lugnuts, but I may be able to help you out with the caps. I will have to check in the garage when I get home this morning.
On edit: You should be able to get the lugnuts from a local parts or wheel and tire store for around $0.50-$1.00 each.Edited by: flhrciblueice

Those caps are for a dually . . . Notice that the top pair are short and bottom two of them are tall . . . .
