Well....it looks like I will be getting my 4" exhaust a little sooner than expected....

While my Dad was driving the truck it lost all boost and then sounded like the muffler let go.....

I just looked at the truck tonight and when you romp on the pedal exhaust billows out from under the truck and it sounds like it is running with open headers on the driver's side....I am assuming that the crossover either cracked or rusted through....

Has anyone ever seen the manifolds themselves crack? It was pretty dark outside so I am assuming that it is just the crossover and not the manifold itself....

Warpspeed here I come....

Your not having very good luck with 6.5's lately! First your fathers truck, now yours!

Don't know about the manifold but my crossover cracked last summer. Very loud, very little power, don't remember any smoke from the front.

Too bad I was on a fishing trip at the time and had to take it to the dealer and have another stock pipe put on. That was the waste of $500 (parts and labour) considering I will be taking it off whenever I get around to installing my Warpspeed x-over. It won't be today. -25C with the windchill. I know that's like July weather for you western guys, but for us Southern Ontario sucks.....that's cold!!!

I hear ya....and it was him that was driving when both of them went down....I thought I was the one that was hard on the vehicles....:eek:

I just got off the phone with Warpspeed.....what an awesome company to deal with....they know their stuff and they put the customer first....I can't wait to get my hands on this system....its like Christmas all over again!....

Did you talk to Dallas or the nice lady that answers the phone? Either way, both are very nice and great with the customers. I would suspect you'd have it by the middle of next week since it's going to be shipped from Alberta.
