Took a 4 day 350 mile trip this past weekend in the hills off West 10, West of San Antonio. For about 80 miles the engine develped a noise like a riveter under the hood when I hit the throttle under load and power was gone, couldn't get over 55mph with the 5th behind us. Pulled off the road, checked everything out and all looked well. Got going again after about 30 minutes and all was okay except there is still a little riviter noise but power is norrmal. Anybody had a similar experience. Only got 12K on the truck. Talked to my dealer and he says, bring it in, we'll take a look at it. Standard rep[y. Edited by: Bill Gisse
