Well I have been reading this forum for almost a year now and have never really had to ask anything as most of my questions have been answered by just reading but this particular one has not been addressed. My last truck was a 2500HD with the 6.0 and I used Lucas fuel treatment in it. I liked it and it paid for itself in fuel mileage gain I was just wondering If anyone uses it in their Duramax. It is a diesel fuel supplement that I get from Oreilly's and others I know use it in other applications. Thanks for the input. Jeff

There is a wealth of knowledge here and it is appreciated very much.

I used it for a little while, a 1 quart bottle I think. I had trouble with it causing more air in my MEGA than normal and quit using it. My best luck is with FPPF or else Primrose.

Jeff La, I use Lucas religiously. It seems to help the motor run smoother and gives me better gas mileage. Used it in my 87' Ford 6.9L Diesel as well. Great stuff.

Haven't run it in my DMAX but I did use it in my wife's 3 Suburban. Had hard start problem and the Tech's on here thought it was stickiing injecters. ! tank fixed it up. Now if I can just get her to add some once in a while!!!! By the way I used the one marked for gas or diesel.

Lucas is the only additive in my mind that is not "Snake Oil"
