I have just returned from a long overseas vacation and I have noticed that my A/C is running all the time. I can have the A/C switch in the on or off position and the compressor still runs and the cold air keeps coming out. My questions are: is this normal? Should I be worried? Is there a fix? Does it affect gas mileage? I will be moving in November to California, i am currently in Alaska, so this should be a big change not only for me, but my truck, and I don't want my A/C to go out on me when I will probably need it.
