I was reading the filter test on the LB7 forum but grew tired of all the ramble an never came up with a conclusion except paper flows better over oiled filter...AKA K@N.. Which is conflicting to me cause I got one on the GN an it sucks air like Monica Lewinsky... Then I cut a 4" hole throught the airbox and plexiglass and cut a 2" length of 4"pvc pipe and sealed it in to pick up the cold air underneath. Loudest exhaust......buy a exhaust that is the 4" then reduces up to 5" and yank the muffler off that. Nobody that I know of sells a true 5" system, the 1/2 4", 1/2 5" is the biggest you can get and with no muffler and no cat aint getting louder unless you stick a mic by your tail and stick a PA in the bed Mark Craig 08-16-2004, 01:16 PM RUQWKNF27, You take one of our systems, and get the muffler delete and she will really talk some diesel tunes to you. The AFE Stage II is still in limbo as far as deliveries from AFE , they have some kind of supplier part problem etc etc. Listen to the system on our site at www.dieselperformanceparts.com (http://www.dieselperformanceparts.com) , these systems have mufflers so without a muffler you can get the extra !!!! It is 4" with the muffler, and it is almost too loud for me.
