Just registered on this my first board. Have 2002 2500HD Duramax. It has 115,000 miles and pulls my 11,000 lb fifth-wheel like a dream. But once in a while when the engine is warm and idling, the exhaust is blue. Doesn't do it everytime. I have not had a single problem with this truck since I purchased it new. My last oil change had to be done without my usual Rotella. I'm not sure I believe the old wive's tale about changing brands of oil causing oil consumption. My oil levels are not going down by any perceptable amount. And it still performs the same as it did at 15,000 miles. No blue smoke at normal speeds.

May need injectors....02 has a break piont on the 7 yr 200k mile warranty go to the dealer and see if you can get it looked at.
