Met a guy yesterday who is an escort for permit loads, who was delivering some equipment to the job. He has a '03 2500HD D/A with the Edge and Aux. fuel tank. In 17 months he put 138,000 miles on his truck while only going back to the dealer for repairs to his climate control AC and steering clunk. He changes his fuel filter when he changes the oil, that's whenever the computer tells him to +-8K miles. He had the dealer put the Edge in it before he drove it off the lot. It was kind of funny as he was 65 years old and smiling while talking about how he can make his truck smoke if someone's being stupid or following too close and he's faster than most cars on the road. He sells his trucks every 18 months and is getting a new D\A. He can't wait to get the Juice with that "little box" that shows EGT and Boost that goes right in the cab. He only had an aux. fuel and boost gauge installed on this truck. He was like a kid showing me how to change the settings on the Juice he has now. He looked at me like I was an idiot when I told him I had the Banks SixGun and could not make it black smoke at all, "what fun is that" he said. His was a quad cab that he made the back into a sleeper by folding the seat down and putting some foam on top. Pretty neat guy. Edited by: neverenuf
