i recently added the bullydog power pup....i have heard that to use the extreme program that a cool air intake and a free flow exaust is needed to keep egt down......ne way...i am using the extreme program and i am only seeing egt's of 800 f.after a little hotrodding..besides the stupid grin i get is that normal or am i misinformed

Where is your pyro taped at, pre or post turbo, are you using the outlook monitor, or an anlog guage to measure that, mine climbs to 1500 easily when gettin into it....

i tapped in the exaust pipe just after where the manifold bolts to it...i am not using an outlook....the guages are...auto meter sportcomp....when i stomp it the temp will swing up fast to like 1100 but as soon as i let of it immeadiately goes back to like 800 or so then back to 500..

Sounds normail, the cooler it stays the better it is....

Wow. At 75mph in tow setting(S/C) we are at 800 - 900.If i tow our car trailer we are at 1,000 - 1,250 at 75 to 80 mph.

im not towing in extreme mode...i tow in tow mode and the egt are at 800 constant at 75mph
