Did GM install NV-5600 6-speed trans up to a 6.5 turbo? If they did, were there two types, one with a granny gear and the other without? My 5-speed has the granny and I never use it (yet). The owners manual states there were two types of 5-speeds offered in 93. Any info on the first gear ratio/% of OD on NV-5600 without a granny if made? Thanks to all and have a safe 07.

NV 4500 was the only one behind the 6.5 that I know of. Dodge NV 5600's had the granny...

NV4500 5speed's had two different first gears, I believe they were 5.61 and 6.34

The NV5600 only had one first gear, 5.63.

All of these are considered "creeper" gears.
