D-max guys, i need some help. I was wondering if anyone knew what part # is for the stock intercooler and if there is a larger after market intercooler yet for the D-max. thanks for the help

Maybe someone can tell me how thick the intercooler is and what size the inlet and outlet size is ??

BEHR makes the CAC... i haven't had time to look at it on their site


Behr also usually teams up with BASF and IHI in produkte development

Don't think that I've heard anybody needing a bigger intercooler on a d-max http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Ermm.gif I don't think that there are that many company's that offer a aftermarket one because the factory one is usually up to the task of cooling down the air charge just fine. Just my .02

I would tend to agree. The stock one is pretty good and you just need to get good cooling airflow thru it to make it work well.

I had my boost sensor on the exit side of the turbo. There ia almost no pressure drop accross it. It's a big unit. I don't see a reason to go with anything else.
