I am having a hello of a time logging. I have V3.3.3 and updated all the cal_txt files from a post earlier on the site. The only thing I can capture to log is rpm and maf. The real time data works fine, all pids have been validated and seem to give me good data. I can view logs that others have done but not my own. Why can't I capture logs. Agggghhh. :(

MaxOD, I'm a little confused as to the exact problem you are having.

1 - The only thing I can capture to log is rpm and maf.
2 - The real time data works fine, all pids have been validated and seem to give me good data.

Do you mean you cannot view them as a chart or on a dash page?

Cheers,
Ross

You are correct Ross. I can view real time data on the laptop, I can record a log but when I try to view the log in a dashpage its like a completely different log. The only pids that are in the log are the RPM and MAF. I'll try to attach one of the logs in question and maybe someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Well it looks like I can't figure out how to attach a file either. I can email it out if someone would like to take a look. Thanks.

Can you view your recorded data on the "data" page or on Dashboard B?

Email your log file to socaldiesel@earthlink.net

The recorded data is viewable under the data tab when running the log. Dash board B is not. Also I am trying to log torque and I'm not sure the results are accurate. I am logging the pids that I think should give me what I need but if there is any tricks to logging torque, please let me know. Thanks

I suspect you are logging in Imperial units and your dashboard is set to "default Metric" or "Duramax Metric".

Try opening up the "Duramax Imperial" dashboard.

Have you viewed your dashboard since you upgraded to v7.3.3?

Trippin's post reminded me that i had to " recall installed defaults/reset durmax defaults" under the dashboard tab, before i could view my dashboard.
then i can to change it back to the pids i wanted to see. etc.

I'll give it a try. I haven't checked the dashboard properties. Thanks guys.

Well?

I am just curious.

Got it figured out. Thanks Trippin. I had the gasser dashboard installed and had to unlock it and install the Dmax one. Could have swore I never had to do that with 7.3.2. Works fine now anyway.
