Jason, using the box from Subbox.net. Asked me to look and see what can be done to get better response. Yours is in pink, .5 cf box. Optimal is yellow, 2.5 cf box, both sealed, acoustic compliance.

The Problems:

1.)The box you are using is .5 cf, not enough for the SPL 10's, you need 4-5 times that volume to align that driver correctly. The predicted response curve is similar to KTduramax, who has a less severe version of your problem. The air volume inside is not enough for the acoustic compliance of the driver (VAS). The result is "boombox" or 1 note bass at 80 HZ and very little (audible) below that.

2.) The enclosure has more wall flex and resonance than I like. It will broadcast colorations and reduce ouput more than one with more bracing. But this is minor compared to #1, a massive problem.

solutions: hate to say it, but you have to lose the drivers. The box will perform much better with another driver, like the peerless I recommend, and the price is right.

If that driver was put in a quality enclosure of 2 to 2.5 cf, you would be much happier, but not practical in a crew cab.

BTW, the yellow alignment would/should be flat 10-100 HZ, nice. That is because the cab adds 12 dB per octave to the reponse, pressurization effect called "cabin gain".
