Welcome to the forum, wide open spaces dude............
Pull any DTC's and post them here for further diagnosis

Diagnostic checklist will help too.... could also do a search on ignition switch (not the key switch, but relay that provides power to the electronics)

Don't hack yer wrists, yet, big_ - pull the oil filler tube and see if the Inj Pump shaft is turning with the driven gear.
If the gear is cranking the IP, remove the noise filter from the 6-wire Optical Sensor harness, plug the OS connector directly into the main harness, try to start it.
If no start, charge the batteries, disconnect the 6-wire Optical Sensor plug, try starting the engine without it - it will take a while becuse the PCM will be in 'backup\limp' mode, so batteies should be fully charged.
It won't run very well, but should run.
If it doesn't, plug the OS back in, disconnect the 3-wire Crank Position Sensor, try another start - again, will be very long crank before start, but should start in backup\limp mode.

Is the ground wire connected at the top of the IP?

what do you mean ground wire huh im lost now ? ok we have checked every thing we know of im just not getting any fuel from the injector pump to the injectors thats what my problem is

There is a little (18ga. or so) ground wire that comes from the pmd harness and is grounded to one of the screws on the lid of the IP.
If that ain't hooked up, you won't even get a sputter when crankin.

Are you getting voltage to the shutdown solenoid, if not it jumper in 12V, it spring loads shut solenoid pulls it open; and no fuel through the IP, you can gut it and remove the plunger for test, silver can single wire hex nut on top of the IP

Is the cooler bolted to the intake? Did you just install the relocation kit, or has the truck been funtioning for some time after the pmd install?
Should a person go to PM's when helping someone out with a problem that's been covered a million times in previous threads?

I did hear of one fella who's 6.5 wouldn't go, took it to the stealer and after some time they found the IP drive gear had sheared the key off (IP wasn't turning!)
Try what gmctd thread 6 said to do.

it helps sometime to deal with 1 on 1 rather than try & process multiple suggestions

ok here is the situation. 1. i was driving the blazer home one day it surged went to redlind in rpms then shut off
2. ive tried starting it but nothing cracked open the injector lines no fuel going thru them into the injectors
3. baught a few pmd's with the blue pmd relocator theat bolts onto the bolt holes for the engine cover. every thing is connected new pmd/relocator resistor and gound wire
3 baught a #9 resistor .
4 baught a new pump also just to be safe
. now the shop is saying they can not figure it out because it is the newer 6.5l diesel now the older with a wire throttle not the tps.
also mine is a 1994 chevy blazer 5.6l turbo diesel aka hunk of crap im about to get rid of the thing hell maybe even junk it last time ill ever buy american/canadien crap ever again
