My dad picked up my truck last weekend at the dealer after they replaced the transfer case ( after 3 attempts to replace the bushing and seal). On his way out of town the instrument cluster quit working. I told him to disconect the batts and try it in 30 min. He called me back and said that all guages work but the check engine light is on and now there is no reverse.????????

would have sounded like the stepper motor on the gauges, but heck who knows what is going on, maybe a little gremlin running through the wires.....
