Whats the trick in changing the glow plugs on the pass side of the motor?

The heat shield is in the way. remove the two screws on top and work it out toward the front carefully, don't fight it.

Then you can see what your doing and change them. It's easier to pull the inner fender if your wanting complete access.

The heat shield tubes need to be removed unless you have a tool to get those two disconnected and reconnected. I think it's easier to remove the nuts holding the shields. They will slide out of the way and then after you hook everything up you can slide them back on and replace the nuts.
