Is there something better than the Hypertech programer?

I noticed hypertech does not void your warranty.

Almost anything is better then a hypertech.

www.edgeproducts.com (http://www.edgeproducts.com) is a favorite around here.

MAx Power,

Is the edge hard to install? Can you go back to stock if you want?

What makes this better than hypertech,

Thanks for your help,

Chad

Very easy to install. Without the attitude monitor it takes less then a minute. You can go back to stock just as easily.

Max power,

I have 6.6 turbo duramax gmc. This hot juice/attitude that you have for sale work for my truck? Is this the newest version? Last question- How do you install the attitude? It seems it takes the place of your stock gauges. Are the stock gauges still working while you have this attitude connected. Sorry for the stupid question. This is my first

duramax

What year is your truck? Do you know if it is an LB7 or an LLY? If it is an 04 it could have either. Check the serial # if the 8th digit is a 1 it is an LB7 if it is a 2 it is an LLY.

The one I have will only work on an LB7. I believe mine is the latest version but it not edge will update it for free anyways.

The one I have is the HOT version which is a lot more power then the regular version. It is adjustable from 60-150hp over stock. In the highest setting lots of people have put down 180hp+ over stock. this is too much power for the stock transmission so you would have keep it in the lower power levels. You would likely be better off with the regular juice/attitude unless you plan on upgrading your tranny some day. I also have a regular juice/attitude for sale if you are looking at going that way.

The attitude doesn't replace the stock guages. It has some of the same guages but also has pyrometer and boost which the factory guages do not and are important with a power adder. Yes the stock guages still work with the attitude installed. Check the links below for some installation ideas.

Max power,

The 8 th digit on the vin # is 2. So is this a LLY? Is this good or bad? What is the difference between the two motors? I noticed people are having trouble with turbo when installing this edge. What is going on with this? Is it possible to have the same problem at low setting?
