Hello, I have been working on my cousin's '94 non-EGR K2500 6.5, and we changed to head gaskets. Now we have it all together with a new PMD and it won't start. It is getting fuel from the lift pump if I open the bleeder at the water neck. I have pulled two injector lines off of the injectors and no fuel is coming out at all. Does anyone know what the problem could be. I have rechecked that all of the injection pump wires are hooked up. Is there something that I missed. Thanks for any help, Josh

I also noticed that the PMD makes hissing and clicking noises. I never noticed this before, but I mounted it on an FSD Cooler, so now it may be more pronouced since it's up in the air. Just thought this might help. Thanks, Josh

How did you remote mount the PMD? It seems the most likely reason for nonstart.

I used the SSDieselSupply FSD cooler that mounts it up on the side of the intake. I thought that it might be the problem, but I don't know how to check it other than plug in the old one, which probably will involve removing the intake. Any suggestions?

Is the PMD ground attached to the IP?

Yes, the PMD ground was attached, but I forgot to hook up the two grounds at the relays at the back of the motor. They seem to be for the ECM and the glowplug controller. Works now, after lots of jumpstarting to get the injectors primed. :)
