I can't seem to find the threads about wheel wells- liners or whatever is used to make them black. Can somebody help? Thanks

I have them. Just be careful connecting the three pieces. Might be best to do this before you install them in the wheel well. Maybe not. Just pay attention so they don't crack.

I use either 303 Protectant or the Turtlewax 2001 protectant.Both make the plastic trim black and shiney.
