I would like to put the 02 chrome trim on my truck. the reason is I would like it to extent to my bed side. Anyone got a part number for me, or ideas?

The 99-02 GMC's used that trim clear back to the rear wheels. I posted a wanted ad and bought mine from a forum member.

yes, thats what i'm looking for. I know there has to be a part number for it, but i guess i might be able to find some used stuff. What kind of condition is that stuff in after it is ripped of one truck and put on another?

you would need to get all the double stick tape off and put new on.
