Hello everyone,

I am fairly new to this forum and have found A LOT of great info. In cruising this forum and other diesel-related forums I have found bits and pieces of do it yourself maintenance schedules, torque specs, part numbers, how-to's and so on. I decided to compile a big list of all of these in one giant Micro$oft Word document.

Now, has anyone else already done this? If not, I was going to post it to my website for all to download so we can keep these beasts running in top form.

IT IS STILL A WORK IN PROGRESS! Thanks to all who posted these items so I could compile them.

Well, I have added even more stuff to the already great info you have provided in your list. I have part numbers, torque specs a few how-to's for filter removal, etc...All of this is here and on other sites, but I wanted it in one easy to reach document, which I am making now. What do you think?

I think it would be great. The beauty of Eric's list is that it is applicable to multiple years. Your list would be for a specific year or group of years.

When I want to do something, I just go to the web and buy the correct part, so numbers aren't that helpful to me.

Good Luck,
Dennis

I think it is an excellent idea. I have read so much stuff on the various web sites, that it is getting hard to remember what I saw where....

Please let us know the web address when it becomes available. I am looking forward to viewing it.

Thanks!
