If so, does your window sit flush with the cab, or does it protrude about 1/2 around the perimeter?

I picked up a sliding rear window from a fellow member and had it installed. It just doesn't seem quite right. My solid rear glass was flush with the back of the cab, but this slider sticks out. Is this right?:o:

That is the way they fit.

That what they look like, just about a 1/2" projection. Need some place for the glass to slide.

I parked next another silverado this afternoon at the sporting goods store and his was the same way

the new body style sliding window IS flush with the cab. I looked at 2 of them today. it looks much nicer:rolleyes:

How bout another, Mine is the same way.
