Got a snapon scanner used with the 01 cartrage. Everything works but I can not seem to clear a code I have in my trans fault code historyhttp://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Angry.gif Just one and its a low voltage, 562 or 563 if I remember corretly? I had someone with the same scanner and 01 cartrage zap a code for low fluid or pressure(it came from doing the install of my stage 3 apon refill of the fluid) The code is in the history, I know its the same code because if i look at the code's freeze frame its all the same data. It is only in there once. I can clear the little bastard and it says no codes and after a few seconds it flashes back on the screenhttp://dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Angry.gif. Its in the trans menue. Am I doing it wrong or what? Its pretty self explanitory I thought, you go into the history, you see the code, you push N and go to the next menue and click clear codes.....you click yes and go back to the viewing code screen and the little bastard dissapears and your left with no codes in history till it pops back on therehttp://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Angry.gif WTF???

Also I noticed i can comand lock up with it, and i believe I can comand a gear? Can I or do I want to try to monkey with comanding a 4th gear lock up for dynoing and such? Or will it kick down on me anyway? Is it something I should be screwing with?

Also my fuel pressure is listed in mpka I think? I cant seem to change that value's unitshttp://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Angry.gif

I dont make the big bucks like you, couldnt afford a tech 2http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Tongue.gif Never thought I would be setteling for a snapon anything because the other option was much more expensivehttp://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Wacko.gif

Worked fine at clearing codes on the 99 6.5 GMC and screwing with the 2000 7.3 550 powerjoke. Resets the taps fine and seems to work fine doing everything else with the Duramax.

But its being a little whore clearing my trany codehttp://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Angry.gif
