I am towing a 5k boat 1500 miles from Mass. to Florida and the returning without the boat. 3000 miles total. I am at 25000 miles and am going to do the diffs, transmission, oil, transfer case and rad. flush. Should I wait to do it on the return or before I go? Thanks.

I wouldn't do the radiator. GM uses long life coolant. 5yrs or 100,000 miles.


Don't forget the tranny spin-on. That is probably the best thing to change if you haven't done so before.


I would also shift everything to synth. Then you won't have to do it again until 75,000 miles.
