Anyone have any experience with this brand of exhaust? I can get a great deal on one where I am and would like a bit of feedback before purchasing it.

Purchased a 4" system from them a while back, straight pipe no muffler,layed in the driveway took out the stock system,the Afe bolted right up...had to trim up the pipe a little, they send kits for cc Lb and mine was for a Ext cab Sb all in all I'm happy with it:)

Just wondering what the sound is like, comparable to an MBRP maybe?

We sell lots of them at DPPI and customers love them. The sound is pretty much the same as any system with a packed muffler, you'll like it. Check our prices before you buy, might save you some money.

just installed on and I love it. the sound is great. it fit in the the stock hangers well but be sure you have some sort of sawzall or portaband to cut with because you will have to make 3 cuts and the tubing is not thin. go to your local parts store and get some of the band style clamps for the install for 2 reasons...1. NO leakage...2. Mine was Lifetime warranty and these clamps do not crimp the pipe allowing for easy removal....hope this helps

I too have sold several and so far nothing but positive results and feedback from my customers. As far as sound, although very relative, many people claim that running cat back AFE systems has been not much louder than stock at normal to lower rpms.
