Anyone use/seen this setup?

These are simple psi modules with very little to them. Psi boxes went out of style a long time ago in favor of pulse boxes and much more sophisticated electronics.

So, the way I read it then, all it does is put more pressure to the fuel rail and try to atomize the fuel more? Is that kinda right?
