I would like to exchange my leather bucket power seats with the cloth version (I know that sounds crazy), but my back does not agree. :o:
Will both style of seats/brackets bolt right up to the floor board?

Yes they will bolt up and otherwise fit fine. You might have to change some simple wiring and plugs around but nothing some strippers, solder, and shrink wrap tubing cant fix.

Too bad you're not in my neck of the woods. I got a buddy that would kill to make that trade...

JP Customs has used cloth seat covers from Katskin Leather conversions.
Perhaps he has a set in your color that would work for you.

How about these from JP Customs, only 50 bucks. http://www.jpcustoms.com/store/customer/product.php?productid=17303&cat=349&page=1
I know you don't need the third row, but it looks like you have a crew, so you could use these to recover both the front seats and the rear, if this is the right color that is.
