Shipping in general is 200/300 dollars depending on LTL carrier. I'm sure Suncoast has preferred carriers and get discounts if you are in business which does not use common carriers.

Also if you deliver to home address and require lift gate service that will be additional. Way around that is pick up at terminal, they will load for you in your truck.

Matt (SVT150) at Champion Transmission in West Haven, CT just upgraded my tranny to a SC-IV with a transfer case bracket. He is great to deal with and did a great job.

Ted Jannetty can also install a transmission kit as well,

He is in Waterbury, CT and a Supporting Vendor here.

The SC-V price does not include a torque converter ($1295-$1495) or shipping of the transmission and the core ($250-$350) then you still have R+R for around $400-$700. You are going to spend around $6000 (plus taxes) for a SC-V.

The price of a SC-IV ($2800) does include a 1056 converter or you can get a 1057 for another $200. You still have shipping of the kit and return of the core converter ($100-$150). I would say the average cost around here is $1000 to remove, install kit, and replace the transmission. You also have the cost of fluids to add to the SC-IV. It brings the total of a SC-IV up around $4200 (plus taxes).

Hope that helps
