i am going to stack these together as soon as my trans is done . i was wondering of any problems that might occur during instalation . will it be that easy to hook it up and be running in no time with both tunes ?

there are some diesel drags coming up and i want to make sure i beat someone i know real bad !

also should i put on my stock wheels and tires for these drags . probably will get better times with the smaller tires huh? mine now are about 34" Edited by: datsbad

my trans isnt done and i dont stack but ill comment on what i have read and let you decide.... first what trans upgrade you going with. second run the stack for a while before you drag... the trans needs time to adapt.... third once you stack it leave it stacked you truck will run like a dog if you dont. or at least youll think so after driving all that power.

give the tranny plenty of learn time.when i change power levels i do some 0-70 run sets.3-4 per set ,example run 0-70 half throttle then coast down to stop,do 2 to 3 times then repat.then go to 2/3 throttle ,then 3/4 then...you get the picture helps the tranny learn very well

They run very well together... One of the best stacks out there. I will second everything chevmeister said. Definitely try to get 50+ miles on the truck/trans before the races. And your first run probably won't be your best... The truck never shifts the best on the first run.

Suncoast level 3 is the plan . i cant wait to do it . this truck still amazes me when i put it on level 5 now after 17,000 miles

another question . will it smoke more with this . i love the black smoke and mine only does it when you take off then clears up . will it do it the whole way down the track ?

It will smoke the whole way if it doesn't burst on you.

I bet the 34" tires will be faster than the stockers.

i dont know about the juice 125, but on my 150 and my quad 215 turned up it bursts real bad. try having the low boost at 1 or 2 and turn the power up to 4 or 5. dont worry, theres plenty of smoke. ie: 1x5 or 2x4.

I have not seen a burst yet with mine when run full throttle out to 3400 rpm's..........

Edge Hot Attitude with low boost fueling at 5 / Quad 215 hp stack
shows a 0-60 time via the Attitude records at 5.8 seconds with some substantial wheel spin thru 3rd on the 33's.........http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Confused.gif

Going to try to get to the track next week on Wed........open class night. Run it in 4 high.........

See what I can beat up on...........going to try the Big VA as well.

quad version # 1.21. bursts like mad. with low boost all the way off, no problems. with it at 2, and power at 4 good, 5 is no good. 3 and 3 will work as well

My transmission never settled down until I quit changing Quad levels around. I now run Quad on 215 level and Attitude on 3. I don't move it. Tranny is back to shifting nice after several weeks of not moving power levels.

Its fun for sure. http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Big Smile.gif
