165k miles, took a 1,000 mile trip over the holidays and the best mileage I could muster was 20.83 MPG, hand calculated!!! :D
I have to say this is by far the best truck I have ever owned. The engine has not had any work done to it except filter changes...
Have I said lately how much I love my truck!!!! ):h

Are you 2wd or 4wd? I have a 4wd and am in the 16mpg camp. I have about 30k miles on the truck now, but I haven't taken a highway trip without a trailer in some time now so I don't know what it would be unloaded. With a 3 horse gooseneck behind me (about 7000lbs) I get about 13mpg. I am very happy.

I will roll 70,000 in the next week or so. Average mpg in town is 16/18 and highway is 21/23. Did not start getting good fuel economy till I had 60,000+ miles on it. Truck is 100% stock, would sure like to see 250,000 - 300,000 miles on this one before I turn it in...

My truck is 4wd and 100% stock. I try hard to get that MPG. Lots of rural driving and don't go over 55-60. B20 fuel also.

the horsepower demon will be a strong determining factor in your mileage. If you need 200 hp to do your everyday driving and you have 225 at your disposal the demon does not play a big factor in your mileage. If you need 200 hp to do your daily task and you have 360 at your testosterones disposal, you could easily be letting your genitalia get the best of your fuel mileage. The more power I have (I am just a weak man according to my wife) the more I like to feel it when I leave a red light.
There are mere mortals who can not resit using that extra HP. Somewhere in my puter there is a BTU / HP conversion. That is what ultimatley decides your fuel mileage. My wife says give a man 500 HP and treat him like a puppy (have him fixed ir cut!) and then and then only can u figure out fuel mileage. I think she is jealous,

I get around 18 MPG and am quite happy with that ( and I only have 35000 on it so far)

I can also get 18-19 around town if I back the programming down a bit and stay out of the go pedal...but it is hard to drive like that for to long.:D
