In your guy's opinion... who has the best shock for all around ride and handling.. with staying under say 85 bucks a piece.. My truck has 22,000 miles and the passenger shock is leaking and knowing what junk shocks they come with I think I will just replace them instead of going to the dealer. It is a 2006 Chevy Crew Cab LLY 2500HD 2wd. thanks guys... oh is the shock off a 4wd the same as the 2wd? I have my torsion bars cranked lifting the truck 2 inches.. should i get lift shocks?
Thanks

rancho's 9000X if you shop around you can find them for under 85 a piece. these shocks offer a great ride and the best part is you can adjust them
Bilsteins on all 4 corners...

I just installed the Rancho RS9000s on mine, huge difference and adjustable for any conditions. :)

:agreed:
The towing crowd will support the bilsteins, but I like my ranchos. I never adjust them, but they are a good shock.

KYB Monomax are also excellent; are about the price you want to pay also.
