I'm replacing my rotors and pads right now. On previous vehicles I've worked on, once you pull the caliper you can knock the old rotor off, it's basically only the lugnuts/rim holding the rotor down. But when I look behind the rotors on my truck it appears that the lugbolts stay with the rotor and not the hub. Does anyone have a pic of the hub assembly broken down? Or even a sequence of what has to be removed to get the rotor off?

This isn't a diagram but a previous thread that talks about changing the brakes on the 8 lug wheels.

My truck has the 6 lug wheels and the rotors come off just like you are used to.

Thank you, good thing I didn't keep beating on it.

I hate these brakes. So tempted to sell the truck for a couple thousand and buy a new one when I come home from work. I'm beating on it just for fun now.
