Does anybody know if there is a aftermarket cover that is available and ready to be painted to match. I have seen this done on several trucks but am weiry about priming and painting the stock textured mirrors. Thanks for any advice!!!!

Check this site...www.streetinspiredkustoms.com He sells all that kind of stuff and his prices are reasonable....your painted mirror caps list at $60 shipped.

I had my mirrors, front bumpoer cover, lower valance and tailgate handle painted. he didn't smooth it out so it still has texture to it.

I hit a small wooden pole this past weekend and the paint was "pushed" away frm the area it hit. Time will tell if it all holds or what.

I imagine I will have to have them redone later.

Here's a pic of the front end:

Yeah, i want that look, i want to paint all of the plastic pieces white. Heard some primer then sand down to smooth, but I have seen caps for the mirrors that cover the entire mirror and not just the raised area in front. If anybody knows where to find these caps i'd be grateful...Thnks

I had mine smoothed and painted as I think the caps look cheesy...
