Co truck-98k- One bad Injector. Took to dealer an all were replaced. Truck started smoking bad (blue) dealer said only one was bad but being it was so close to warranty end he would replace them all. Could this be cause we get along with them great or cause we have the truck serviced there per service schedule. Anyway we bought there lunch and tipped the Tech. City Chevrolet O.K.C. OK.

If i understand what your asking, i think at least on the LB7 engines, that if even one injector is found to be bad/faulty that all injectors are to be replaced....

all 8 are to be replaced for most issues anymore..
