I am new to the board. I currently own a 2001 2500HD with the 6.0. I joined this forum because I am looking to buy a Chevy duramax. I already have a question. Yesterday I found a 2004 2500HD crewcab duramax. It has high miles for an 04 with 140,000 miles. What has me considering it is the dealer will include a free 100,000 mile 5 year warrenty on engine, transmission, and transfer case. Without this warrenty I would not even consider this pickup but they are asking less than 20,000 which is 6,000 below book. I am going to call tomorrow and check on the title. What do you guys think? It would be warrentied until 240,000 miles. I appreciate the input. I have included some pics of my current pickup with the bumper, running boards, and headache rache that I built.

The warranty sounds a little fishy to me. I dont see them adding there own warranty to it for you, there is just too much to go wrong from 140k - 240k.

Get the VIN and post it down in the check VIN forum. Nice looking truck.
