Short time reader first time poster installed the juice with tude a week ago level 3 defuel all. This past Monday tude went back to terms and conditions 4 times again then started shifting like crap then started lots of turbo bark. Talked to edge today they are sending a new juice if that does not work they will then send a new tude. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this?. P.S. you’re all great lots of info on here Thank you.http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Confused.gif

i think theres a button to reset user warnings if im not mistaken - that could have been pressed accidentally ?? as for the turbo bark, i have it and cant seem to get rid of it - edge said they were working on it but didnt have a fix as of yet, something with the turbo sensors and turbo itself - closest ive come to fixing it is setting defuel on but i will still get it from time to time - wish edge had an answer, let me know what they say, i might have to follow up if yours gets fixed

I am considering either the edge/juice or TTS tow tune. I tow heavy (17-18K), but I'm going to stay stock for the most part, Uni-Foam air filter and larger tranny pan and transynd are already completed. I'm concerned about warranty issues and being able to disconnect any programmer or chip before the vehicle goes in for service. My wife will be driving the vehicle a lot so she needs to be able to unplug the unit as well. I've heard it takes 30 seconds to disconnect the juice but didn't I notice there was an EGT sensor that is drilled into the exhaust? I like the idea of a hand held programmer, just haven't seen one that anyone is raving about. Any thoughts or recommendations or just leave it alone? I would like a little more HP/TQ when needed.

It would take you longer to reload your stock program on a handheld programmer than it would to unplug the juice!!! Duramax must be from Florida because it likes Juice!http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Big Smile.gif
