Getting 5 new 285/75/16 REVOS and was wondering if the 285 will fit underneath where the spare now is?

Yes it will fit fine. I have mine under the truck and there are no problems with hitting or rubbing anywhere.

Thanks for the info. Do I have to do anything to the front end or will these tires fit without any mods?

i had to raise the tbars a bit, and zip tie back the e-brake cable... every once in a while i get a tiny rub hitting my driveway turning at just the wrong angle.

I raised the t-bars some and cut a little bit of plastic off, and it doesn't rub ever. And this is with a 16x8 wheel, so you will be fine.
