i have already raised the front of my dually 3 inches to level it out the 215/85/16 looked whimpy before i leveled it out but now it looks awful i have already tried a 235/85/16 still aint big enough i was looking for some suggestions on what size to go to to fill up the fenderwell a little and make it look a little tougher i had rather not use spacers on back but i will if that is what it takes.

Check out Nomoregas's garage. He and others run 255 85 R16's on aftermarket wheels. You would need spacers on the factory rims.
Please post a pic of your truck with a full 3" lift in the front. I am considering the Cognito upper arm and key option for mine. Or dropping the back end to be level with the front.
If history repeats itself. I will probably run it lifted.... Then lowered ... Back to lifted...

Can you run the bigger tire on a stock rim? I always see places saying not to on duallies.

I have the 255's on mine and yes you will need a spacer even on an aftermarket wheel. The only way I know of to avoid using a spacer is to go with 19.5's. Do a search on here and look at the post a pic of your dually thread to get an idea of what it will look like. How did you lift the front of your truck? I just cranked the torsions on my 3500 and was thinking of going with the cognito kit this spring.
