After reading many comment about the Hypertech being great for towing, I compared my Superchips tuner with Hypertech, I though they would be similar but.....

Hypertech at 3000rpm's
Level #1-45hp / 79 ftlbs
Level #2- 65hp / 114ftlbs
Level #3- 85hp / 149ftlbs
These number compare with my Superchips tuner, but .....

Hypertech at 3200rpms all power levels jump big time???
Level#1 -73hp / 120ftlbs (+28hp gain/+41ftlbs)
Level#2 - 94hp / 155ftlbs (+29hp gain/+41ftlbs)
Level#3 - 113hp / 185ftlbs ( +28hp gain/+36ftlbs)

Thats huge power/torque gains at 3200rpm's over 3000 rpm's, can this be right ??

I find my Superchip de-fuels a bit when shifting & towing, but Hypertech claims that their model does not affect shifting like that...is this true?
