I hate to bring this back up, as i remember it being a hot topic a while back, but wasnt very succesful w/any searchs...Anyways, ive been considering getting the GM/Chevy one for d-max. A friend got one for his 04 and i like the looks and protection theyd offer....Back when it was a hot topic i remember it being brought up that the windshield rubber started vibrating or something along those lines...Was that only w/aftermarket visors, or w/the OEM ones as well?

I didn't find the page 2 that you were referring to, but I just installed the GM deflector (bug shield) on my '03, and I just love it. It has no adverse effects that I can tell, and installation was too simple and only took 5 minutes! MHO is it's the only choice as it's the best looking around. I'm thinking that the problems with wind noises and such was from "vent shades"? installed on the windows. Frank
