Funny you should ask. Just installed Juice w/attitude end of last week. Played with Ptests over the weekend. Not very scientific because of low sample rates, and the wind always blows here. I didn't know there would be a test, so I didn't record levels, etc. No quarters yet because I'm on my second tranny (don't ask), which only has 1000 miles on it. I want it to learn that I'm going to thrash it in high gear before I throw to much extra at it.


Anyway, at 7200' stock to 60 about 11.4. Best with Juice 9 flat.Seems level 3 and 4 come out about the same because of some backdown in 4 with EGT limit set to 1400. This thing suffers from horrible turbo lag (or torque management ?) in low gear, and you can't powerbrake without starting the clock, but I suspect you can knock a half off with a good powerbraked start.


I'm new to diesel rodding but I was impressed with the performance gain per dollar invested. I was hoping for flat 10's out of a 7200# rig so I'm pleased. The mate has new Pontiac GXP(Bonneville with Northstar V8, more show than go, no turbo, wrong tires smoke) and I swear the truck will trounce it. Find out for sure when my daughter gets home next month. (She's the only kid to inherit the gear gene).


Excuse me if I sound school girl giddy, but I can't wait for tranny upgrades, propane, exhaust, nitrous, etc. etc.

1.9 60' with TTS Tow + Edge lvl 3 = 14.88


2.1 60' with TTS Tow alone = 15.45


2.6 60' stock = 17.69

I got 12.5 sec stock 0-60.


Edge level 3 with defuel = 9.0 sec


Edge level 4 with 4-5 defuel = 8.5 sec


These numbers without tow/haul , or engine braking. It's a dually so I'd think the SRW guys should do better.

Edge level 4 defuel all locked shifts with tow/haul on.


0-60= 7.7 sec (no power brake)


Have not run 1/4 mile for time yet.

Set the Edge on level 4 with tow/haul. No defuel. Held the brake hard and revved to about 2500 and let off the brake. and....








The duallys laid 4 strips of rubber about 30 ft then started to hook up, and started bouncing a bit ( soft springs). But man that's gonna be a good 0-60 time. I can tell getting rid of the turbo lag is gonna cut about 1.5 - 2 seconds. Those construction guys on lunch break jaws' dropped. Don't worry, they weren't that close to the launch. I don't think the smoke got into their peanut butter and jelly.

I thought the LLY is suppose to be faster than the old LB7.


My 01 CC can do 0-60 in 7.1 sec on level 4 with no braking and 33x12.50 BFGs with only a 4" exhaust upgrade...

7.4 sec (0-60)
16.1 @ 89mph (1\4mi)


These were also with power brake starts and just a touch of tire spin in first.


Elevation was about 200ft and it was about 60 degrees. Good conditions!


Not sure why these were so fast. They are about 1 sec better on both tests than I was able to do about 2 weeks ago when I first installed the Edge\Attitude.


The tests were on the shoulder of Interstate 5 that looked level but I plan on doing the tests again in another spot to make sure they were not downhill.

Have not tried 0-60 yet, best 1/4 was 15.5 in level 3, no defuel, low boost fuel on 5, leaving line at 1500, no tire spin. Speed was 94mph so lower et's are possible, just got to find that sweet spot between turbo lag/tire spin/tranny damage!

I have takin it to 14.9 1/4 mile, 4x4 boosted launch level 3 no defuel, and low fueling at level 5! Hmm, that next level is tempting! Hell, level 4 is only 90hp, that should be alright with the ally!, course may defuel the 4-5 shift just in case.

I have ran mine prolly 100 times in level 5-5 Edge with only defuel on 4-5 shift with no trouble. NOT to say you wont have but i havent with that setup. THe ONLY time i ran into tranny issues is with either NO defuel on any or with the Quad tuner stacked and set to 110 hp.
