My truck rolled 10,000 miles the other day. I forget what all your suppose to do for maintenance. I got a external allison filter, fuel filter and im doing an oil change. I think im missing something :think:

Also when I change the trans filter do I have to add trany fluid? I think the allison comes stock with regular fluid not after sythetic.

Read the maint. sticky at the top of this section and your manual too. Dex VI for the trans and you'll only need 1 pt or less (good luck finding any). It's only a small amount so you can top off with Dex III. Don't throw out the magnet on the trans filter.

I would certainly agree with this. My differential fluid was nasty after just 5,000 miles. Of course this was after pulling a heavy fifth wheel during a very hot summer. Nonetheless, you should change it out. I used Mobil 1 75W-90 synthetic.

One more thing, you should lube the 11 zerks. Here's a link showing where to find them.
