I spoke with Jeff from Bank this afternoon.. He told me that the 6 Gun is out. The first batch will ship out January 15th. The 6 Gun with rotary dial is $ 760.00 and the 6 Gun with Pda is 1300.00 bucks. He is sending me literature in the mail. He did say that it is set up so you can safely tow in all levels. I was waiting for this to come out for quite some time. If this would have been out october or so I would have bought it most likely. However, I think I may have to bypass this tuner and go with EFI live when I tune my workhorse. I have my mods all planned out for this spring/summer in order LOL. The wifey is elated with my soon to be spending spree too :)

I agree.. You should not be able to tow in all levels. You will do some serious damage to the transmission and motor if you do. I would suggest that you do some further research and find out for sure before you do that. Most tuners and programmers are set up so that you can tow on the lowest levels and still be somewhat safe for the most part but there are no guarantee's at all.

I agree with you guys on the towing... Im gonna wait a while to see the bugs get worked out...I already have the boost and pyro gauges, i cant see spending 760 when i could get a Hypertech or Bully Dog for almost half that...Time will tell, im just looking for a little extra power for towing..

What suprise Banks put the relase date back another couple weeks. The only way you could tow on all levels is if the power increase is minimal. Say screw it and buy a bully dog triple dog downloader.

I too called Banks and got close to the same answer..740 for the 6 gun alone butttt 1300 an change for the worthless,impractical PDA...I tried to be a loyal customer but I'm having trouble continuing..I have the Monster Exhaust (happy with),Ram-air(is this thing supposed to work or atleast do anything)and I'm running the Hypertech III..I've chosen to sell my Hypertech an replace it with the Edge Evolution for personal reasons..Mainly for the gauges and hopefully better shifts.As far as Banks goes,Do they expect us to believe that its going to be safe to pull in all levels? Maybe they're talking about pulling one of they're golf cart trailers or something on that level.Sorry, I quess I may be venting a little buttttt I'm tied of all these companies trying to get us to buy there product by lying to us.Over 9 months waiting and now this,can''t wait to here from the people that try it. Im hesitant now that I think about it.. My buddy has the whole Big Hoss Package on his 05 Superduty, and it doesnt seem to have made much of a difference.. His Banks cat Back is way to quiet, sounds no different than stock

Let's see, so far it's been said that the PDA is worthless, the system is overpriced, the exhaust is ok by one, but too quiet for another, one person couldn't feel a seat-of-the-pants gain by the intake, and the Big Hoss made hardly any difference on a Super Duty. You guys are on a roll. Now I'm just waiting for the Edge users that are on their sixth defective box to chime in. That would put the icing on the cake.

I have the monster exhaust and I am very pleased with it.

i have the edge on my truck with no problems.
