I got and installed my intake today. The part of your intake tubing that is straight and has the baffles inside I also replaced. I'm guessing that is the turbo silencer. It took several trips to the local plumbing shop to get the things i needed. The outer diameter of the stock tube is 5 inchs and no shops had five inch pipe so i had to use the black plumbers pipe that had a inner diameter of 4 inches.. it was actually a cupling. although smaller than i wanted it was still a big improvement from the stock pipe.. you can hear the turbo a lot better and it spools quicker. i havent driven it on the highway yet to see what kinda gas mileage i get.. ill let everyone know later
