I will be receiving my Hot Juice http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/HiHi.giftomorrow and am curious about how hard of an install is it? Do I need to remove my PPE Xcellerator or can I leave that on and go with the Hot Juice high level? Any ideas would be nice.

I'm not sure about the PPE.
It takes about 1 minute or so to install or uninstall the Juice box.
You can do it on a hot engine, but I try to let it cool off first cause if somethings hot under there I'll touch it http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Ermm.gif
I'd suggest easing into the Juice to let your trans get used to the extra power.

Ease into the power? http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Disapprove.gif I was told I could stack the two. In order for my tranny to learn should I just add the juice?
Thanks Ben http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Rock On.gif

Easy install.
Just stack them up and try out the different power levels on both boxes to figure out the best running combo.
Also a small tip try adjusting you low boost fueling on the juice. The highest fueling may no give the best throttle responsehttp://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Wink.gif

Low boost fueling? What do you mean? I have also seen comments about defueling. WTF is that? Thanks

Ben,
It's all in the directions for the Juice, low boost fueling, de-fuel or not on shifts, max boost, etc.
Even with your new trick tranny, it's still an Allison and will need to adapt to the extra power. Start on the lower settings and run it till the shifts smooth out, then go up another notch.
Only hard part of the install is the EGT probe, and if you'll just use the "Hoot" method in the DIY section, that's a breeze.
Let us know how it turns out...http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Ermm.gif
