From stop sighn I have a slight clunk on moderate throttle. Not there on very light throttle and more noticable on hard, Trans works perfect other than that. Temp fine.

driveline vibration? two piece driveshaft and the angles are dead on...

no vibration, when I put the lowerind shackles on and if I remember correctly they said less than 5 degrees and it was like 3 degrees. Only does it when I take off from stop sighn other than that all is fine. Don't bother me but the wife is the one that brought it to my attention. Kinda like it is staying in 2nd then goes to first when I start off, but it is in first cause I have put it in first and it is still there.

You have the one piece driveshaft ,no? Are you saying it's a delayed dowshift or feels like one?


Have you tried dropping the drive shaft and greasing the spline?

Two piece and has rubber at the spline. You mean slide the rubber back and grease it. Is it like it is dry and hanging in a certain posiotion then slips back into place when you take off. Sounds logical, just happen to have some stainless ty-raps. Thanks Mack.
