I have efi live and a modded lbz cp3 and it idels reall rough like a lop sound and sometimes when cold it throws a high rail pressure code and wont go over 2000 rpm any thoughts? My regulator just bite the big one. Rail pressure at idle commanded was 4000psi actual was 10000psi. Throws a P0089 code at idle. Sounds like a 12v CTD at idle, lopes every once and a while.
