Since GM sold it's stake in Isuzu in april, will they (Isuzu) continue to mfg the engine? This may already be posted here but I haven't seen it. If Isuzu is not going to in the future, who is? Isuzu may not manufacture it now, but that is what I thought, and I have been wrong in the past.

Isuzu doesnt "make" the engine. Its made by a separate company (Dmax LTD.) in Moraine Ohio. GM owns all the rights to the duramax etc... so its not going anywhere :)

I just did a search on the web on DMAX ltd. DMAX Ltd. is a joint venture between GM and Isuzu. 60% GM and 40% Isuzu. When they sold there stake in Isuzu, did they purchase the remaining 40% or is it still owned by Isuzu? Which would in a long and drawn out way, be Toyota now. Since Toyata bought a 8% or 9% stake in Isuzu. Just curious.
