Any suggestions on billet grills? I have been checking out Carriage and T Rex, any others? What's better, insert/replacement or overlay billet grill? How about the air flow afterwards?? I am buying this as a xmas present for diesel hubby! Thanks

I'm happy with my T-Rex replacement...A little work to install, but worth it...I've never had any overheating issues with my LLY, so airflow was not a concern...It's been on for 1 1/2 years and still looks great...

Bought mine off of e-bay. Cost $60. It is a cut out version. I have had it on for a little over a year now with no issues. Check my garage for pics.

Thanks for your feedback guys. I ended up ordering a T-Rex (manufactured in Southern California, where we are located). I am getting it today, can't wait to see it on our truck. I love the truck almost as much as hubby - it's a good thing for him, right? And YES, I cook too. Happy Holidays to y'all, I'll definitely check back to see what's happening in this Forum.:)
